Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders over $30 within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Items shipping under Free Shipping option will be shipped via the most cost-effective method. Be advised that transit times can be 7-10 business days.

Most in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the item page. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping mostly via FedEx. your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Any expedited Shipping requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on most items. All returned items are inspected and must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap and components.

VODA Technologies is happy to accept returns for most items up to 30 days after your order is delivered. All returned items are inspected when received and must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, protective shrink wrap, identification label and components etc. that were part of the item. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap etc.

Return Restrictions:

  • VODA Technologies will not accept any returns on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
  • After inspection, if your return is deemed damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
  • If VODA Technologies makes an error on your order, it must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, VODA Technologies reserves the right to deny a return/refund request. We encourage our customers to check the contents of their packages as soon as they are received.
  • PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY PACKAGES**. If a package is refused and there is no proof of delivery back to VODA Technologies, no refund will be issued.
  • We encourage our customers to package their return carefully to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

  • All request must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Refund Policy

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Facility. If your return is a result of a VODA Technologies error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

Refund Restrictions:

  • VODA Technologies will not issue any refunds for products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
  • Refunds on returned goods that are purchased by mistake will only be granted on items that are in a new and unused condition, with all parts, shrink wrap and components intact.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If your return comes back to us damaged, we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

You can expect your refund within 2-3 weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but please consider the amount of time required for return shipping, product inspection at our facility and processing time required by financial institution. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for providing their correct address. In the event an order is shipped to an invalid address; the customer is responsible for the payment and merchandise shipped. A refund will only be issued when the product is returned to our Facility. We will follow the standard return policy once the product is received.
